BITTE SWEET COURGETTES

Crispy courgette from Piedmont gardens bittersweet cooked and preserved , ideal as a starter, wonderful as a side dish, amazing as appetizers. Once brought to the mouth, the thing that surprises most of these courgettes  is their crunchy texture that are rarely associated with this vegetable, usually unbearably "mushy". Although not categorized as biological, our courgettes come from Piedmont selected gardens, this allows us to offer our customers only guaranteed vegetables whose taste amply repays expectations ..... a typical example of how healthy and tasty are two adjectives that can go hand in hand.
