BLACK TRUFFLE

The scent of summer, black truffles cought in the woods of Umbria pervades everything is in their close. Minced or sliced, it is ideal to give magic to every dish: in both versions it goes perfectly with a plate of pasta, strictly sliced it completes a cut of meat like no other ingredient. As our truffles are preserved in extra virgin olive oil, also this element becomes excellent to flavor dishes in which you want to sense  the scent without perceiving the physical presence...... enjoy your scented meal!
