Brunches of cherry tomatoes are collected from the sunny Sicilian countryside, these sweet little pearls of flavour are then cut, salted and laid out in the hot sun of our biggest island. Once the have dried up, the petals of cherry tomatoes are enriched in flavour with basils, oregano and garlic, they are then placed in glass blends with the lightness of sunflower oil.
