SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Gustando L’Italia can accept orders for delivery both in Italian territory, and abroad.

Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address specified by the customer in the purchase process. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly specified during the purchase process.

All purchases will be delivered by express courier from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays. Gustando L’Italia isn't responsible for unpredictable delays, or not attributable to it.

Once shipment of products, the customer will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to access the shipment tracking.

Prejudice to the case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the products ordered will be delivered within a period of seven (7) working days from the day following that on which. Gustando L’Italia confirmed the order to the customer via a special "order confirmation email", except that the Customer does not receive - within the same period - the communication inability to deliver the goods, due to sudden and temporary unavailability , of the products. SHIPPING COSTS

The amount for shipping charges is automatically calculated at the checkout, considering the place of destination, in the case of shipments to Italy, or considering the country of destination, in the case of shipments to foreign country.
