PASSION FROM SICILY

Stemming from Sicilian tomatoes dried in the sun, its already intense flavour is enriched with black olives, caper flowers of Pantelleria, superior red wine vinegar, fragrant basil, aromatic garlic of Nubia, salt from the salt pans of Trapani and chilli. To make it irresistibly spreadable, extra virgin olive oil and a touch of sunflower oil are added to this fantastic blend of flavours.
