This superfine marmelade is made from freshly picked red oranges which grow in beautiful sunny Sicily. Their pulp and skin, combined with sugar and fresh lemon juice are briefly cooked and made gelatinous by adding natural pectin. A wild strawberry (0,7%) liqueur called ‘Rosolio’ is then added to this exquisite base, giving this extrodrinary orange marmelade an additional exceptional taste. The result is an "orange juice" to be spread on the morning bread or used to garnish spectacular fruit tarts.
